Q: What do you need to process my gun order?

If you are ordering a gun or complete lower, before your order ships, we must receive a signed copy of an FFL or C&R for the firearm(s) or components purchased.* Please e-mail licenses to sales@risearmament.com; fax to 918.609.3506; or mail to 1605 E. Iola St., Broken Arrow, OK 74012. Licenses on file with RISE Armament are not required unless we notify you otherwise. Licenses are not required for accessories. *Due to federal regulations, guns and complete lower receivers can only be shipped to federal firearms license (FFL) holders. If you are not an FFL holder, you can contact your local gun store for their FFL information, and we will ship the product to their location.

Q: I live in CA, CT, HI, MD, MA, NJ, NY, or WA. What do I need to do?

If your rifle is to be shipped to CA, CT, HI, MD, MA, NJ, NY, or WA, please contact us for special arrangements.

Q: Do you offer a guarantee on your products?

Absolutely. Our products are backed by our manufacturing guarantee and 100% satisfaction guarantee. You can read more here.

Q: What if I don’t like the gun, but I already shot it?

Ultimately, we want you to be happy. You can return the gun, even if you shot it, within 30 days. All the details on our return policy are available here.

Q: Do you offer any discounts?

We offer 10% to all active and retired military and to law enforcement to thank you for your service. More information is available here.

Q: How do I become a RISE Armament dealer?
